This weekend, I had the opportunity to visit New York for some auditions. As I witnessed one woman providing me with a tupperware full of mac 'n' cheese on the way to the airport, another driving out of her way and dealing with my unpreparedness, and yet another facing the stressful freeways of Houston - all for me - I was so grateful. I know I expressed thanks to each of them multiple times and added in several apologies for the inconvenience just to be sure. But it never seemed enough.
I wish there was some way I could truly express and others could truly understand my gratitude. Maybe there is a bird call or rain dance I'm unaware of that perfectly demonstrates the depth of my gratitude. Maybe if I could just say thank you one more time, they would get it.
But I don't think they do. So until I find the bird call that will do the job, I will write this post and share it with the world to say,
Thank You!
If you are my friend, and if you are reading this, chances are, I need to thank you for so many things.
Thank You!
